This policy covers the SNFRadar report library at reports.3ghcre.com, operated by 3G Healthcare Real Estate ("3G", "we", "us").
What we collect
- What you give us: name, company, email address, mobile phone number, and the state(s) you own or operate in, provided when you sign up for report access.
- How you use the site: which reports you view and which links you click, along with technical basics (IP address, browser type, timestamps, and the website that referred you, if any). This extends to every page on the site, not only the reports, including the buildings directory, live legislation, rate schedules, briefings and studies, and the controls you tap on each one, so we can tell which pages and searches are actually useful and improve them.
- A cookie that recognises your browser: a randomly generated identifier we store in a cookie on this site. It is not derived from your name, email, phone number or device, and it tells us only whether a visit is from a browser we have seen before.
Cookies
This site sets first-party cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services, and no third party can read these cookies.
- Sign-in: keeps you signed in to your account so you do not have to verify your number every visit.
- Visit measurement: the random identifier described above, so we can tell how many people use the library rather than how many requests we received. Counting by IP address alone treats everyone in one office as a single reader and one person on two networks as two.
- Link attribution: if you arrived through a personalised link we sent you, a cookie records which link it was, so we know the report reached the person we sent it to.
None of these cookies is used for advertising, and none is shared with anyone. You can clear them in your browser at any time; the only effect is that you will be asked to sign in again and your visits will no longer be counted as the same person.
How we use it
- To verify your identity (a one-time code texted to your mobile number) and deliver the reports you request.
- To understand which market intelligence matters to our readers, how many people are using the library, and how they found it.
- With your separate, optional consent: to send you email updates and/or text messages about skilled nursing market developments. Consent is never a condition of receiving reports.
Text messaging
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data is used only by 3G Healthcare Real Estate to send the messages you agreed to receive. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your contact details with third parties for their marketing.
- We use service providers only to operate this site (hosting, database, and phone-verification infrastructure), bound to process data solely on our behalf.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to document consent as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or withdraw marketing consent at any time: [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect your report access.
