SMS Program Terms

The program

3G Healthcare Real Estate sends skilled nursing market updates by text message: Medicaid rate and legislative alerts, new SNFRadar report editions, and messages about reports you request. Enrollment happens through the SMS checkbox on the sign-up sheet at reports.3ghcre.com (or an equally explicit written request). Consent is not a condition of receiving reports or of any purchase.

Every consent box on this site starts checked, and one tap clears it before you submit anything. That is the opt-in: an affirmative box you can see and can decline, not a hidden default. Unticking never changes whether a report unlocks.

Frequency, rates

Message frequency varies with market activity, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive a single confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Telling us to stop in any words, in any channel, also works.

Verification codes

One-time verification codes used to access the report library are transactional messages sent at your request; they are separate from this marketing program and carry no enrollment.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See the full Privacy Policy.
